• Excessive dirt, pet hair, or other conditions may result in additional charges.
• We do not provide mechanical repairs, paint touch-ups, or any other non-detailing services.
8. Liability and Damages
• Brothers Auto Spa takes reasonable precautions to prevent damage; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, defects, or issues with the vehicle.
• Any claims of damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle deemed unsafe or in hazardous condition.
9. Weather Policy
• In the event of inclement weather, appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion.
• We will notify customers as soon as possible if a rescheduling is necessary.
10. Privacy Policy
